Monte Fresco Cheese (MFC) was a start-up cheese company in Sydney’s western suburbs. Before being granted production licences and funding agreements, the owner of MFC was required by the authorities to install an effective wastewater treatment system for the production wastewater produced by the facility. MFC contracted Aerofloat to design, supply and commission an Aerofloat DAF for the treatment of its production waste.
The project included the initial hydraulic design and site layout for the expected flows and composition of this green field site. Aerofloat supplied a model 100 system to MFC who completed the majority of the installation and procurement of auxiliary equipment – with the remote support and advice of Aerofloat engineers.
