The Proud Mary is a cruising vessel on the Murray River in South Australia. The ship accommodates 36 passengers plus crew. The Proud Mary contracted Aerofloat to install a greywater treatment plant so as to comply with the Australia Standard 4995 (“Greywater Treatment Systems for Vessels Operated on Inland Waters”).
Aerofloat was responsible for the hydraulic design and installation of the Aerofloat 13 DAF. The project required a cooperative approach with the Proud Mary team to locate the best position for the system and auxiliary equipment as well as the installation to ensure minimal disturbance to the Proud Mary schedule.
