Sludge transfer and mechanical handling
Sludge movement across the system is handled by a mechanical diaphragm pump supplied by All-Pumps. This allows controlled transfer of thickened material without excessive shear or flow disruption.
Feed and transfer pumps by Roto and Ebara are positioned throughout the system to support reliable movement of both raw and treated streams between tanks and process stages.
This layout ensures that each phase of the treatment process remains hydraulically balanced, even as inflow and load conditions change.
