Aerofloat offers simple sewage treatment plant (STP) solutions for areas with a population of up to 3000 individuals.
STPs can be designed off-site and transported with most of the mechanical components fully assembled and pre-wired. Lightweight, high density polyethylene (HDPE) tanks offer a durable, low-cost alternative to stainless steel or painted carbon steel tanks. These can be delivered to site and generally involve simply connecting the pipework.
Aerofloat’s patented aeration system is easy to operate and maintain, and is fully automated. Additional modules can be installed or removed as required, minimising your financial outlay.
Aerofloat sewage treatment systems adapt to fluctuations in flow rates, making them ideal for holiday parks and tourist centres.
Remote monitoring can also be added to your system to allow you to monitor and control the plant even when offsite. This also ensures you have access to Aerofloat’s expert engineers who can log on to the system and offer advice remotely.

Aerofloat’s wastewater treatment design included sequence batch reactors (AeroSBRs) that applied Aerofloat’s patented aeration system and unique ALS decanter. The system was fully automated and had remote monitoring capabilities to assist with system optimisation and diagnostics.
