The unique self-cleaning shape of the AeroDAF, with its hopper top and bottom tanks that recirculates any settled solids which may occur, also prevents the need for routine cleaning.

Breweries wastewater treatment

Aerofloat has worked with several breweries to ensure they meet wastewater discharge obligations. From full treatment systems at major breweries like 4 Pines, to simple and affordable pH correction systems at start-up microbreweries, including Marsden Brewhouse, Devil’s Elbow, Golden Hills Brewery, Atomic and the Gage Road Breweries.

Winery wastewater treatment

Aerofloat has expert knowledge of treating wastewater from wineries. Aerofloat recently worked with Cupitt’s Estate to create a wastewater treatment plant to treat wastewater from its winery and cheese factory and treat sewage from its guesthouses.

On the back of a global acquisition, 4 Pines needed to expand its operations for a larger distribution, while maintaining its commitment to environment and social responsibility.

4 Pines engaged in an in-depth design consultation with Aerofloat’s engineers, who used 3D CAD modelling to custom design a solution to fit in the small footprint. The AeroDAF’s compact size combined with custom 3D modelling for the fit out made it the right solution for 4 Pines.
